1. Acceptance of Terms
Before downloading, installing, or using QrCode (the “App”), please read these Terms of Service carefully. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use some or all features of the App.
2. Services
- QR code/barcode scanning, recognition, parsing, and display.
- QR code generation and sharing (if available).
- Optional features such as local history/favorites (subject to actual version).
3. License and Usage Restrictions
- License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license for personal, lawful, and non-commercial use.
- Prohibited Conduct: You may not use the App for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, or harmful activities; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code; bypass security measures or abuse interfaces.
- Content Responsibility: QR code contents are provided by third parties or generators. We make no warranty regarding their accuracy, legality, or safety.
4. Privacy and Data
For data collection and processing, please refer to our Privacy Policy. You understand and agree that anonymized usage and diagnostic data may be used for statistical analysis and product improvements.
5. Fees and Subscriptions
The current version does not include paid subscriptions or in-app purchases (subject to change as displayed on the App Store).
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its documentation, design, interface, and code are protected by intellectual property rights owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use for commercial purposes without authorization.
7. Disclaimer
- The App is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, stability, error-free operation, or uninterrupted service.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party content/services, network failures, device issues, or system compatibility.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use or inability to use the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability; in such cases, these limitations may not apply to the extent prohibited by law.
9. Changes and Termination
- We may update these terms due to business or legal requirements, with notices in the App or on the website. Your continued use signifies acceptance of changes.
- If you violate these terms, we may immediately terminate your license and restrict or terminate services.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to your residence or applicable mandatory laws; if not specified, the laws of the People’s Republic of China apply. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first; failing that, submit to a competent court in the developer’s location.
