PDFConverter performs conversions, merge/split, and compression primarily on your device. Unless you explicitly choose to share or use cloud-related features, we do not upload or remotely store your documents.

- Basic device information (model, OS version) for compatibility and performance optimization.
- Anonymous usage and diagnostics (e.g., feature usage counts, crash logs) to improve the product. No personally identifiable information is collected.
- Permissions: to select and save files, the app may request access to Files/Photos/Library; only when relevant features are used.
3. Document Handling and Permissions
- Document sources: Files app, Photos, or other sources you explicitly authorize.
- Local processing: processed outputs (e.g., converted PDFs) are stored locally or to a destination you choose.
- Sharing and export: when you actively share or export, documents are sent to the target app/service per your instruction and subject to that service’s privacy policy.
4. Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party analytics (e.g., Umeng Analytics) to provide anonymized usage statistics. Such services may process non-identifiable device and usage data; please refer to their official privacy policies for details.
5. Data Security
We employ reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including data minimization, on-device processing, and encrypted transmission where applicable. No system can guarantee absolute security; you acknowledge and accept residual risks.

- Access and correction: review and adjust relevant permissions/settings in-app or in system settings.
- Withdraw consent: opt-out of anonymous analytics in settings (if available).
- Data control: you can delete documents or cache generated by the app at any time.
