1. 接受条款 / Acceptance

下载或使用 Metronome 即表示您同意本条款。By downloading or using Metronome, you agree to these terms.

2. 使用许可 / License

TianDev Studio 授予您一项个人、有限、非独占、不可转让的许可，仅用于在您拥有或控制的设备上使用本应用。TianDev Studio grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control.

3. 订阅与购买 / Subscriptions and purchases

价格和订阅周期在购买页面显示。订阅由 Apple ID 账户收费，除非您在当前周期结束至少 24 小时前取消，否则可自动续订。您可在 Apple ID 的“订阅”中管理或取消。Prices and billing periods appear on the purchase screen. Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID and may renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel them under your Apple ID subscriptions.

4. 可接受使用 / Acceptable use

您不得试图破坏、逆向工程、不当访问或利用本应用侵犯他人权利。You may not disrupt, reverse engineer, improperly access, or use the app to violate others' rights.

5. 可用性 / Availability

我们会努力保持应用可用，但不保证服务始终不中断或毫无错误。节拍器不应用于安全关键计时。We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Do not use the metronome for safety-critical timing.

6. 免责与责任 / Disclaimer and liability

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，应用按“现状”提供，TianDev Studio 不对间接或后果性损失承担责任。To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is," and TianDev Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. 变更 / Changes

我们可能更新本条款，并在本页标注新的生效日期。We may update these terms and will post a new effective date on this page.
