2. License & Acceptable Use
- This app provides general audio extraction and format conversion. It is not a professional DAW nor for legal/medical use.
- You must have lawful rights to the files you import/export and comply with copyright laws.
- No reverse engineering, copying, renting/selling, or illegal usage.
3. Subscriptions & In‑App Purchases
- Weekly/Monthly/Yearly subscriptions via Apple StoreKit (with free trials where applicable).
- Auto‑renew; manage/cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Refunds follow Apple policy; we do not handle payments directly.
- Pro removes ads and unlocks advanced features; purchase restoration supported.
4. Advertising
Ads (Google AdMob) may appear in the free version. With ATT consent, ad platforms may use device identifiers for personalization and frequency capping. You can disable personalized ads in iOS Settings.
5. Ringtone Compliance
iOS does not allow apps to directly set system ringtones. We only export m4r files; you must set ringtones manually via Files or GarageBand. Do not circumvent system restrictions.

- No guarantee of absolute accuracy/compatibility in all scenarios. Results depend on device performance, source quality, and permissions.
- No liability for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from misuse, third‑party failures, or unauthorized content processing.
