We prioritize your privacy and security. Core features (audio extraction and format conversion) are processed on-device; your files are not uploaded to our servers.
2. Information We Process/Access
- Files & Media: With your permission, we access videos/audios from Photos or Files for local conversion/edit/export only. No server upload by the developer.
- Usage & Diagnostics: Anonymous crash logs and basic usage events (e.g., conversion success/failure) to improve stability and experience.
- Advertising Identifiers (optional): If you consent to App Tracking Transparency (ATT), ad platforms (Google AdMob) may use device identifiers (e.g., IDFA), IP, and coarse location for personalization and frequency capping.
No account registration is required. We do not intentionally collect directly identifiable personal information (name, email, contacts).
3. Third‑Party Services
- Apple StoreKit: Handles subscriptions and in‑app purchases. Apple processes payments; we do not access card/billing data.
- Apple iCloud (optional): If enabled, sync is provided and protected by Apple’s cloud services.
- Google AdMob: Ads may appear in the free version. See Google Ads Policy.
4. Permissions
- Photos/Files: Import media for conversion.
- Microphone (if recording or noise‑reduction preview): Foreground use only; no background recording or unauthorized upload.
- Network: For ads and crash/usage analytics; not for uploading your media content.
- App Tracking Transparency (ATT): Controls whether ad platforms may use device identifiers for personalization and frequency capping.
5. Storage & Security
- Converted outputs and history are stored on‑device by default; you can delete them at any time.
- With iCloud enabled, sync is provided by Apple.
- We follow data minimization and best practices; no server‑side personal profiles.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Sharing occurs only when necessary to provide the service, required by law, or to protect rights (e.g., ad platforms or crash analytics).
7. Your Rights
- Access/Correct/Delete: You can delete local data within the app.
- Withdraw Consent: Manage Photos/Files, Microphone, and Tracking permissions in iOS Settings.
- Ad Personalization: Disable personalized ads or reset the advertising identifier in iOS Settings.
8. Children’s Privacy
No intentional collection from children under 13. Minors should use the app under guardian consent and guidance.
