By downloading, installing, or using the AudioEditor app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this App.

2. Service Description

AudioEditor is a professional audio editing and recording application that provides:

• High-quality audio recording with multiple format support
• Advanced audio editing tools including cut, copy, paste, trim, and merge
• Professional audio effects (reverb, echo, pitch shift, speed change, noise reduction, equalizer)
• AI-powered audio processing and enhancement features
• Multi-format audio conversion capabilities
• Comprehensive file management and batch processing

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Ensuring you have the right to record, edit, or process any audio content
• Respecting copyright and intellectual property rights of others
• Not using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Maintaining the security of your device and account information

4. Subscription Options

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TianDev Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any audio content you create using the App. However, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. All audio processing is performed locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your audio files. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TianDev Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or other appropriate means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
