Beauty Scan is purely an entertainment app. All analysis results and beauty scores are for entertainment purposes only and have no scientific, medical, or professional value. Do not use analysis results for any serious decisions or judgments.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Beauty Scan app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this app.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this app on your personal devices. This license does not include any rights for resale or commercial use.
3. Freemium Model
Free Usage Limitations:
- 2 free facial analyses provided daily
- Watch rewarded video ads to earn additional test attempts
- Free attempts automatically reset daily at 00:00 Beijing Time
- Pro users enjoy unlimited testing
4. Pro Subscription Service
Subscription Details:
- Pro subscription provides unlimited facial analysis, ad-free experience, and advanced analysis features
- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
- Subscription fees will be charged to your iTunes account within 24 hours before the end of the subscription period
- You can manage subscriptions in iPhone Settings > iTunes Store & App Store > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- After canceling subscription, you can still use Pro features until the current subscription period ends
5. Entertainment Nature Declaration
All features and services provided by this app are for entertainment purposes:
- Beauty scores are based on AI algorithms and results are subjective and random
- Facial feature analysis is for entertainment reference only and does not represent any scientific or medical advice
- Age, emotion, and other predictions may contain errors and are for entertainment only
- Analysis results should not be used for any important decisions or judgments
6. Usage Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer this app
- Use this app for any illegal activities
- Upload inappropriate, illegal, or rights-infringing images
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this app
- Abuse or excessively use facial analysis services
- Use analysis results for commercial purposes or malicious distribution
7. Content Responsibility
You are responsible for all image content you upload, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring you have legal rights to use the images
- Not uploading photos of others (unless you have explicit consent)
- Not uploading photos containing minors
- Not uploading illegal, inappropriate, or offensive content
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- This app is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or applicability of analysis results
- We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of this app
- We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services (such as Azure Face API, AdMob, etc.)
9. Advertising Services
This app contains third-party advertisements:
- Ad content is provided by Google AdMob, and we are not responsible for ad content
- Watching rewarded video ads can earn additional test attempts
- You can remove ads by purchasing a Pro subscription
10. Intellectual Property
This app and all its content (including but not limited to text, images, interface design, code, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use this content.
11. Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this app's services at any time without notice. We may also terminate your usage rights for violating the Terms of Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of disputes, they should be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to a competent people's court for resolution.
13. Terms Updates
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications. Continued use of the app indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
